Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS and USPS standard.
Minimum Order – $20.00, not including shipping.
We reserve the right to make corrections to the shipping rates calculated by the shopping cart for orders over 100.00. We will notify you of those totals prior to shipping.
Orders shipping only in the continental US.
Return Policy
Food products are not returnable unless we have made an error. If that is the case, please notify us within 10 days of receipt or your claim cannot be honored. No returns allowed without prior authorization. Contact Customer Service, sales@petronespizzelles.com, for more information (814) 825-6705.
Damage
Damaged product must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order. Either notify the carrier or our customer service department (814) 825-6705. Save all damaged product and packing material. Petrone’s Pizzelles is not responsible for damage due to heat and/or carrier.
